Jeff Milligan Bio

Jeff Milligan is known around the country as “The King of Rooming Houses” he once owned and managed over 100 units with his “hands off” system. 

Jeff is a member of GAREIA (the largest real estate investment group in the country) and has spoken at many venues including The 2003 Essence Festival in New Orleans on the Wealth Empowerment Panel.

He has appeared as a special guest on “Changing Your World” a Christian TV Show. He has taught seasoned Real Estate Investors on the famous “Mr. Landlord Cruise” and has taught a series of Real Estate seminars at various venues including Spelman College in Atlanta. 

He is currently an active Real Estate Investor who purchases and/or sells 20-25 houses a month with “No Money and No Credit”.

An Educator who speaks to inspire others on how to become Wealthy, he has spent over $100K during the past 5 years educating himself on how to become a Real Estate Expert.
